By using the Product Picker Studio website (cqdsy.com) and its tool, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is
Product Picker Studio is an operations tool for dropshipping sellers. It displays product, price, stock and logistics information obtained from the official AliExpress Open Platform Dropshipping API, helps you compare and shortlist products, and stages supplier orders for your confirmation before they are placed. We are an independent tool; we are not owned by or representing AliExpress.
3. Your responsibilities
- You must operate in compliance with the AliExpress Open Platform terms and the Dropshipping API usage rules when using data, orders and tracking obtained through the platform.
- You are the seller of record for your buyers. Verify product information and stock before listing, and confirm each staged supplier order before it is placed.
- You may not use the tool to misrepresent products, prices or availability, to place unauthorized orders, or for any unlawful activity.
4. Data accuracy
Product data reflects the moment the API returned it. Prices, stock and delivery estimates change constantly. Always re-verify before publishing a claim. We provide the data "as is" without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Accounts and authorization
Connecting an AliExpress account happens through the platform's own authorization flow. We never ask for or store your platform passwords. You can revoke authorization at any time from your AliExpress Open Platform account settings.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Picker Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, supplier disputes or lost customer goodwill arising from use of the site or the tool, including outcomes of business decisions and order placements you confirm.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where practical.
